The Grill
The Grill affords an immersive and interactive culinary experience quite unlike any others at sea. For dinner, you and your fellow guests are able to cook your own food directly at your table on stones sourced from volcanic rock and heated to 400˚C, cooking your meat, fish, or veggies perfectly every single time. In the daytime, The Grill transforms into a daytime rotisserie and gourmet salad and build-your-own burger bar, but no matter what time you frequent The Grill, you will have some of the healthiest cuisine to exist.
La Terrazza
Indulge in a heavenly selection of a la carte style Italian dishes prepared according to authentic recipes and with the freshest ingredients at La Terrazza. At this venue, you'll enjoy ocean-view dining either indoors or al fresco while you take part in a flavorful and distinctly tasteful expression of Silversea's Italian heritage. La Dame by Relais & Châteaux®
La Dame acts as an grand expression of an exquisite French dining experience complete with an elegant and contemporary white-gloved ambiance. Named after the Eiffel Tower, this restaurant celebrate Parisian culture and pays respect to the French gastronomic past while reflecting its bright future.
Seishin
"Seishin," meaning "spirit" is an intimate venue that serves Asian fusion cuisine from a myriad of regions in Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and India. Every dish is prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients that comprise and artistic presentation of cuisine that can be made right before you at the central Chef's Table. If you choose to dine here during your seafaring days, Seishin offers complimentary sushi and sashimi for lunch. Please note that Seishin requires a per guest reservation fee of $40 that can be made at MY Silversea.

Our cruising experience was wonderful. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the itinerary. The unlimited drink package that was thrown in was a huge plus. Great value great vacation.
