The CruiseDirect employees I have worked with thus far in have been terrific! I appreciated those who have helped me with the booking of my cruise (sorry I can't remember his name) and then Girlie who helped with some questions ater that booking. Then today with both Joshua and Rafael who were very kind and patient with me and all of my questions and adjustments that were needed on my reservation.
