Journey Through Norway's Coastline on the MS Fram Cruise Ship
Exploring the most remote parts of the world has never been easier with Norwegian Coastal Line Hurtigruten's Fram. Launched in 2007, the smallest, most modern ship in the Hurtigruten fleet was designed for expedition cruises. During the Northern Hemisphere's warmer months, Fram takes passengers to Greenland, Iceland and Svalbard. In the austral summer, it takes guests on lengthy transatlantic crossings between the poles. Inspired by the wooden sailing ship built for Fridtjof Nansen's North Pole expedition, Fram offers passengers a true polar experience. Special Arctic-region artwork and glass sculptures adorn the walls, and historic objects from the Fram Museum in Oslo, Norway, are also on display. The interior of the ship is stylish, with warm blond woods and luxurious fabrics. Most of Fram's guests are adventure-seekers between 50 and older, with a mix of non-North American and American/Asian travelers. P.A. announcements are in English and at least one other language, and lectures are also presented in two languages. The main restaurant will be transformed into Restaurant Aune – Hurtigruten’s new expedition cruise main restaurant concept. The restaurant is social and informal with the use of natural elements in design and interiors and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner based on a Scandinavian identity.
Lindstrom
Named after Adolf Lindstrøm, the favourite chef of Norwegian polar heroes, Lindstrøm is the à la carte restaurant forfine dining.

On deck 7 you will find a well-equipped fitness room, with its panoramic ocean view there is no better place to exercise. On top of the ship, you can get warm and cosy in the sauna or bathe in one of the outdoor hot tubs. Let the warm water surround you while the icebergs float silently past the side of the ship.
