Welcome to The Grand Plaza. Located at the heart of the ship, this stunning gathering place has an energy that draws everyone to it morning, noon, and night. When you first enter, the sheer size of it will amaze you. Three decks open up to create an airy space that you might find in a cosmopolitan city—it’s like nothing else at sea.
On Celebrity Edge, Cafe al Bacio is more inviting than ever, with views of the Grand Plaza’s ever-evolving action on the inside and the ocean and gorgeous places you’ll visit on the outside. Settle into comfortable seating underneath a stunning glass art installation and refuel with a cappuccino or white chocolate mocha, along with an array of complimentary pastries.
Celebrity knows their current main dining experience across the fleet is one of the reasons guests sail with us time and time again. To maintain this essence of the Celebrity dining experience on Edge, it created the Cosmopolitan Restaurant—the next evolution of the current main restaurants. The walk-through wine display at the entrance sets the scene for the creative cuisine within-new American with global influences.
With ties to the elegant Murano specialty restaurant on many of Celebrity ships and a nostalgic nod to Celebrity Summit (wooden panels from the ship are incorporated into the design), Normandie Restaurant features contemporary French cuisine in a modern, upscale, refined space that evokes the romance of springtime in Paris. Enjoy regional European wines, deliciously unique cocktails, tantalizing starters, and mouthwatering entrées.
Dear to the hearts, this restaurant represents its Greek heritage. It wanted to create a stunning atmosphere that would represent the Mediterranean fare served here, so we worked with a world-renowned designer, Patricia Urquiola. In Cyprus, the menu’s main focus is seafood and features simple, clean dishes that celebrate the food and beverages of the Mediterranean region.
Step inside and discover the delicious ambiance — a modern classical design centered around Italian fashion and film. Savor mouthwatering cuisine inspired by authentic southern Italian eateries, featuring all homemade pastas prepared with a rustic flare. Your taste buds will get a tour of southern Italy without even stepping ashore.
Dining on Celebrity Edge is an exclusive affair for the Suite Class guests with access to a private restaurant, Luminae at The Retreat—the highest-rated restaurant in the fleet. Luminae is sumptuously designed by Kelly Hoppen and features daily changing menus not available in any other restaurant on board.
AquaClass guests will enjoy this exclusive restaurant featuring clean, crisp flavors and inventive cuisine complemented by an extensive list of sustainable, biodynamic wines. Pair all of that with personalized service, inviting surroundings, and natural light, and you have the fresh and bold experience of Blu.

While the design creates an ambiance of sophistication, the cuisine offers up the sizzle-literally, with a wide selection of the choicest cuts of meat to the freshest, premium seafood.
Inspired by classic French bistros, the mouthwatering sights, scents, and sounds of a bustling boulangerie-patisserie are sure to excite and entice. With an ambiance that changes from morning to evening, and seating options from the planter-edged sidewalk to the inner café offering stunning views of the sea, every time you eat here, it’s a whole new experience.
Using both raw and refined elements with earth tones, pearlescent accents, and natural textures, it has created a sophisticated yet approachable restaurant. The dramatic raw bar display at the entrance showcases an abundance of oysters, crab, and lobsters to choose from. The menu, also available at the Magic Carpet when positioned on deck 5, will feature more casual offerings like Shrimp Salad, our signature Lobster Roll and sushi and sashimi prepared by an expert sushi chef.
