Dining with Celebrity Cruises is an experience beyond the obvious, a globally influenced blend of classic and contemporary menus created by a James Beard featured chef. It's always a perfect marriage of flavors and the artful presentation of cuisine. There are many different kinds of dining experiences, including Main Dining, held in the main restaurant, where you can choose a set time every night, or you can be more flexible with Celebrity Select Dining. Casual Dining can be enjoyed in the Oceanview Café or Bistro on Five. And then there's Specialty Dining, where each restaurant offers a unique culinary journey. Celebrity Cruises is proud to be the first cruise line to present dinner at the prestigious James Beard House culinary celebration in New York City.
Complimentary Dining Options:
- Main Dining: If you choose Celebrity Select Dining, you will still be seated in the ship's main restaurant, order from the same dinner menu, and enjoy the same exemplary service, but with more flexibility of timing. Choose this option when booking your cruise and you can make reservations day by day pre-cruise, reserve once onboard, or simply come to the dining room whenever you'd like to have dinner. Celebrity Select Main Dining reservations can be made online up to four days prior to sailing, or once onboard with the Maitre d'. Subject to availability. Gratuities must be prepaid in order to participate in Select Dining. Only groups of 20 or less can be seated at one time.
- Casual Dining: Explore different options and take advantage of the fresh, made-to-order delights that await you. There's a wealth of choices, whether you're in the mood for something lighter, or a quick and easy snack. There is something for every palate. Select from Oceanview Café, The AquaSpa Café, Pool/Mast Grill.
- Blu: As an AquaClass® guest, you can enjoy Blu, your own exclusive restaurant for breakfast and dinner. If the concept of "spa restaurant" causes you or your significant other to think you'll never see a steak or a rich dessert on the menu, that is definitely not the case. The cuisine at Blu is simply an imaginative way of preparing popular dishes without fussiness or pretense. Tender steak is served with a flavorful truffle vinaigrette instead of a heavy béarnaise. Celebrity Cruises call it "clean cuisine." Celebrity offers complimentary 24-hour in-stateroom dining.
